Apogee Announces a Cooperative Research Agreement
Abstract:
Apogee Technology, Inc. today announced that its MEMS Division had entered into a cooperative agreement with The Research Foundation of State University of New York at Stony Brook and The Center for Advanced Sensor Technology. The research will focus on combining nano-composite materials and silicon-based microfabrication processes to produce sensors for the industrial, automotive, medical, military and homeland security markets.
