Firms Making Nanoengineered Pesticides Urged to Meet with EPA
Abstract:
John Dubeck, an attorney with multinational law firm Keller and Heckman, said that companies developing nanotechnology applications for pesticides should meet with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) staff to identify types of data that will be required by the agency once it accumulates sufficient information to develop regulations.
