Partners sought for Sydney nanotech projects
Abstract:
THE University of Western Sydney and the Federal Government have joined forces to bring nanotechnology to manufacturing businesses in Sydney’s Greater West.
As part of the Sustainable Regions Program, a $255,000 Federal Government grant will see UWS nanotechnology experts and the University's Office of Regional Development work with local industry to help them identify ways to incorporate the technology into their manufacturing processes.
The UWS nanotechnology team will be led by Professor Mick Wilson, Dean of the College of Science, Technology and Environment.
