Firm gets defense dollars to develop sensors to detect submarines
Abstract:
PEL Associates has received a $100,000 grant from a Pentagon agency that specializes in exotic weapons to develop microscopic sensors that could someday be spread across an area of ocean bottom by the thousands to detect enemy submarines.
