Nanotech workers showed up in Albany in 2003
Abstract:
The state university's Albany NanoTech research site was the center of attention in 2003--just like it was in 2002 when International Sematech, an Austin, Texas-based consortium of computer-chip makers, and computer chip-toolmaker Tokyo Electron Ltd. said they would locate research centers at Albany NanoTech. In 2003, Sematech and Tokyo Electron workers began showing up for work at the university's research site.
