Nano-Proprietary receives auditors' unqualified opinion
Abstract:
Independent auditors say Austin-based Nano-Proprietary Inc. has made the grade after eight years of questioning the ability of the nanotechnology company to continue as a going concern. Austin-based independent auditors Sprouse & Anderson LLP have issued an unqualified opinion on the company's financial statements for its fiscal year ended Dec. 31. The company filed the opinion with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday.
