Infineon looking at nano-imprint litho, says Zeiss
Abstract:
Zeiss, the European distributor for nano-imprint lithography equipment from Molecular Imprints Inc. (MII) -- and also an investor in that company -- is courting Infineon Technologies AG as a potential buyer of the innovative lithography tools that use templates to imprint structure on resists. Infineon would join Freescale Semiconductor, an un-named North Californian chipmaker, and the Korea Institute of Science and Technology, as a recipient of an MII nano-imprint machine.
