EU, CEOs call for nanotechnology push
Abstract:
The European Union and electronics companies on Tuesday called for six billion euros ($7.30 billion) of annual investments into nanotechnology. Research and information European Commissioners Philippe Busquin and Erkki Liikanen and chief executives of major European technology companies like handset maker Nokia and chip producer STMicroelectronics signed a declaration for European cooperation and investment needs.
