Abstract:
If Nanosys, which is scheduled to go public next week, prices at the high end of its $15 to $17 a share range, it would debut with a market value of about $372 million. So it would be trading at nearly 125 times last year's sales! Is a company that warns in its prospectus that it has yet to develop any products and may not do so for several years, if ever, really worth buying now?
