DARPA Gives $10 Million to Nanotechnology Firm
Abstract:
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has awarded $10.3 million to Nanosolar Inc. to continue its development of solar electricity cells. DARPA also awarded lesser amounts to three additional firms working in the solar electricity field.
