Abstract:
Lighter, thinner and better batteries. That's Kevin Fitzgerald's dream.
He's the chief executive and chairman of the Fort Lauderdale-based startup Ener1, which is banking on new electrochemical technologies developed by Russian and Ukrainian scientists to fuel its growth and produce advanced lithium batteries, fuel cells and minute nanomaterials for lithium batteries and other high-energy storage devices.
