Schools get high marks for furthering micro, nanotechnology
Abstract:
Universities are the wellsprings of ideas and innovations that yield new products, new companies and sometimes even new industries – but knowing who is doing what in micro and nanotechnology is a perennial challenge. Small Times sent a survey early this year to more than 100 universities in the United States to begin tracking their research and educational programs. Our 2005 university rankings reflect the results – both qualitative and quantitative – of those that responded. (Not all did.)
