Atmel sees results of nano R&D this year
Abstract:
Atmel has announced that first product results from its nanotechnology memory collaboration with CEA Léti, part of the French Atomic Energy Commission, will be released later this year. The organisations have been collaborating on the application of silicon nanocrystal technology in flash non-volatile memories since last summer.
