W. L. Gore pays for suits used in Birck Center's cleanroom
Abstract:
Purdue University did not have to buy the protective suits used by researchers in the cleanroom at the Birck Nanotechnology Center in Discovery Park.
W.L. Gore & Associates Ltd., the U.S. manufacturer of Gore-Tex fabric, donated the gowns, gloves, masks, head and shoe coverings that researchers wear when they enter a suite of labs in the Scifres Nanofabrication Lab.
