Singapore and Oman | Posted on July 26th, 2009

Hüper Optik International Pte Ltd announced the continuing expansion of its Middle East network by appointing Muscat based Saif Hidaib Al- Wahaibi Trading & Contracts Est. as the exclusive Country Distributor of Oman to market and distribute Hüper Optik® nano-ceramic window films.

Established since 1979, Saif Hidaib Al-Wahaibi Trading & Contracts Est. is a veteran in Oman's building & construction industry. Apart from importing and distributing building materials, the company also contracts, builds and renovates private and commercial buildings & offices. Leveraging on their existing wide business network, the company believes that they will be able achieve relatively faster and better success in marketing, distributing and sales of Hüper Optik window films. The company has also planned to penetrate into the automotive and marine sectors.

"We are excited about our appointment. This is a truly high value window film product and business that will bring real benefits to consumers and distribution partners. With its patented, unique multi-layered nano-ceramic construction, we are definitely going to excite and revolutionize the Omani window film market." said Mr Ibrahim Al-Wahaibi, CEO Hüper Optik Oman.

Muscat, the capital city of Oman is generally hot with temperatures soaring above 50°C in the hot season from May to September. With many car owners, home owners and business corporations looking to keep out the harsh desert heat and harmful UV rays, Hüper Optik® nano-ceramic films are able to offer excellent solar heat rejection with superb durability, lowering air-conditioning bills and fuel consumption.

"One of our key objectives in 2009 is to establish Hüper Optik® footprints aggressively in the Middle East region. We are glad to have Hüper Optik Oman onboard as our exclusive country distributor. We are confident that Mr. Ibrahim and his team will be able to grow the business, brand and market presence and lead Hüper Optik Oman to success in time to come." remarked Mr. Steven Teo, Deputy General Manager (Business Development) of Hüper Optik International.

About Hüper Optik International Pte Ltd
Hüper Optik International Pte Ltd is the world's first and advanced multilayered ceramic sputtered films. Jointly developed by Fraunhofer Institute (Germany), Southwall Technologies Inc. (USA), PSB Corporation (Singapore) and Globamatrix Holdings (Singapore), Hüper Optik® Extreme (X3) nanoceramic window films are constructed with multi layers of advanced ceramic sputtered PET, where ordinary ceramic based window films commonly available in the market only have typically one layer.

The multi layers of Hüper Optik® X3 nano-ceramic window films easily outperform single-ply conventional ceramic window films by increasing heat rejection whilst lowering Visible Light Reflectance (VLR) to levels unattainable by conventional ceramic window films.

Hüper Optik® nano-ceramic window films are 100% metal-free, 100% dyefree. The films are hence free not susceptible to de-metalizing, discoloration nor fading and are widely known to be the most durable window films capable of enduring the harshest environments, on land and at sea.

Presently, Hüper Optik® X3 nano-ceramic series of window films is patented in many countries. It is also widely represented by distributors and dealers globally.
