Abstract:
The entrepreneurship center of Tehran's Sharif University of Technology, in cooperation with Sharif research and technology saving bank, is scheduled to hold the 4th national festival of 'Sharif entrepreneurship and business development' on May 5, 2012.
The festival which will be held at the venue of the aforementioned university aims at providing an effective interaction among university, industry, and investor.
The goals of the festival are introduced as industry owners' acquisition with novel and innovative ideas, provision of opportunities for entrepreneurs to represent marketing and introduce their plans to investors, extending entrepreneurs' capability for writing business plans, identification of young entrepreneurs, providing opportunity for idea owners, and training a new generation of entrepreneurs.
Novel technologies like nanotechnology are going to be covered as a part of issues discussed in the festival.
The festival provides an opportunity for university professors and students to present their technical achievements and it creates an appropriate atmosphere for effective cooperation between university and industry.
