Abstract:
Biozar Nano-Fertilizer® is a product of the knowledge-based Fanavar Nano-Pazhoohesh Markazi Company, which has been designed and produced in Iran to improve the fertility of soils and various agricultural plants.
The product is a type of biological fertilizer, and it significantly reduces the consumption of chemical fertilizers but improves the yield of plants.
Biozar Nano-Fertilizer® is the trademark of the product, and it has been made of various and useful local microorganisms. The fertilizer is a full combination of organic materials, micronutrient elements, macromolecules, and humic substances that increase the fertility of the soil.
Biozar Nano-Fertilizer® has special ability in increasing the product and decreasing the consumption of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers. Iron, zinc and manganese nanoparticles have been used in the structure of the product, which supports the plant and fulfills the needs of the plant to the three minerals. In addition, the bacteria used in the fertilizer are able to produce growth hormones. The product increases when the plant is supported.
The product can be used in all crop and garden products and even in non-productive trees or grass. The company claims that Biozar Nano-Fertilizer® decreases the consumption of chemical fertilizers containing nitrogen or phosphate to 50-80% and it increases the productivity up to 10-40% with higher quality.
According to the CEO of the company, low amount of biologic fertilizer is currently used and it is about 2-3 kilos per hectare. This value is very small in comparison with chemical fertilizers, which is about 100-300 kilos per hectare. The application of the product decreases environmental hazards.
The product has so far succeeded in the acquirement of various standards and certificates, such as ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, CE, health certificate from DOE, and Nano-Scale Certificate from Iran Nanotechnology Initiative Council.
