Carbon Nanotube Growth Tool
Abstract:
CEVP has designed a fabrication tool—NanoGrowth—to commercialize the low-temperature carbon nanotube growth process developed by the University of Surrey's Advanced Technology Institute (ATI). The new tool will deliver nanomaterial growth across areas up to 3 inches in diameter.
