Forum Mikroskopietrends'09 - Makro-Mikro-Nano
Abstract:
Superresolution oder Hochauflösung sind die aktuellen und spannenden Schlagworte in der Mikroskopie. Neue Techniken erlauben heute der Fluoreszenzmikroskopie mit sichtbarem Licht in Bereiche der Nanometerskala vorzudringen, die bisher allein von Elektronen- oder Kraftmikroskopen erreicht werden konnten. Da die Betrachtung lebender Zellen in räumlicher Tiefe weiterhin der Lichtmikroskopie vorbehalten bleibt, bietet das erhöhte Auflösungsvermögen neue Einblicke in bisher nicht sichtbare Dimensionen. Zum Ende des Jahres 2009 werden am 17. Dezember in Wetzlar die neusten Trends der Mikroskopie zur Betrachtung der unterschiedlichen Größenskalen vorgestellt.
