Abstract:
Leading semiconductor test equipment supplier Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857) (NYSE: ATE) will showcase its broad portfolio, including its nanotechnology products, terahertz systems and semiconductor test solutions at SEMICON Europa which will be held at Alpexpo in Grenoble, France, October 7-9, 2014.
Advantest will highlight its multi-vision metrology solutions, including e-beam lithography and CD-SEM metrology. The company's e-beam lithography tool delivers outstanding resolution and accuracy at high writing speeds while its CD-SEM system provides significantly improved measurement accuracy and throughput. Also debuting are Advantest's new terahertz systems for non-destructive package mold thickness metrology and time-domain reflectometry, offering improved productivity in semiconductor manufacturing. Advantest's experts will be available to discuss solutions for SoC, memory, handlers and more.
SEMICON Europa exhibition hours are 10:00 to 17:00 on October 7-8 and 10:00 to 16:00 on October 9. Advantest will exhibit in stand number 968.
